Our prices are to be understood as final prices, in which all additional costs are already included.

We take care of everything in advance so that your vacation can begin without delay. A fully equipped vacation apartment with freshly made beds and the necessary essentials is always provided.

During the high season, accommodations are available from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights. In the mid-season, the minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival and departure days are flexible, except for Sundays.

High season includes Christmas and New Year’s week, mid-January to early March, and late June to early September. Exact dates are available upon request.

Take advantage of our last-minute promotion and enjoy a 30% discount when booking at least 7 nights, two weeks before your arrival date.

For allergy sufferers, we recommend selecting accommodations where pets are not permitted.

We offer several apartments and houses where pets are welcome. Simply use the filter option when searching to find pet-friendly accommodations.

Most vacation apartments and houses offer internet access. The accommodation description will always indicate whether Wi-Fi is available.

Most accommodations offer parking spaces or garages. Details about their location can be found in the respective apartment description.

Please contact your supervisor a few days before your arrival. They will be happy to assist with the key handover.

Final cleaning and the laundry set are already included in the total price. If you require interim cleaning or a change of linens, you are welcome to request these services from us.

The linen set includes bed linens and towels for each person. Additional sets can be requested and booked.

Visitors are welcome in all accommodations. However, the maximum occupancy for each apartment must not be exceeded overnight.

Our office is located at Promenade 41 Davos Platz and is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM. For urgent matters, our emergency contact number is available outside of these hours. +41 79 517 94 96. 

If the guest decides to cancel a reservation, the following terms/fees apply:

- Up to 90 days before arrival: Free cancellation
- 89 to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price, plus CHF 200 service fee
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price, plus CHF 200 service fee
- 29 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price, plus CHF 200 service fee

If the property cannot be re-let after a cancellation, the service provider reserves the right to charge the rental price according to the above conditions or charge the credit card.

Christoffel Ferienwohnungen AG is authorized to charge the guest a service fee of CHF 200 per booking for processing cancellations or rebookings.

In the event of premature termination of the rental, no rent reduction will be given.
